You want proof she didnt have her ribs removed? You're looking at her ribs. Thats what the V shape below her boobs is. Her ribs. If she didnt have ribs, it would be cylindrical, and the corset would also kill her because it would be squashing her heart and lungs in.
Also, an operation to remove the rib cage would be just as illegal as an operation to remove the head. If you're retarded enough to expect anyone to believe this womans ribs were removed, look into a lobotomy.

actually, the removal of the floating ribs the lower 2 on both sides, would be fine and legal without being detrimental to her health
