Hello all,

I've created a .jpg file to use as my avatar but it shows up as the dreaded red X. It's the right size: 2Kb, 50x46 pixels. It failed when I uploaded it from my machine. It failed when I gave it's URL. That's every option you get on the profile page. What else can I do?

This is what it should look like:
