djthack is Offline Junior Member Posts: 7 Join Date: Aug 2002 Location: st. louis	please help...FPS and game performance - 10-14-2002, 12:24 PM hey guys, thanks for any help on this issue. just wondering, what is the relation between frames per second and overall game performance. i understand the ping rate. are they related?? does a low FPS put you at a disadvantage. mine drops very low, 15-30 on certain maps, etc. i've been told to lower resolution, model detail, ect. but i hate playing on the lower settings. clarify for me please!!!
