Bucknub is Offline Brigadier General Posts: 10,503 Join Date: Dec 2002 Location: Ontario	DVD ROM question - 10-02-2004, 01:44 PM I've noticed since watching a dvd on my PC, the picture is not as sharp, crisp or as clear as if it were watched on my tv, it's fuzzy, it kinda looks as if u turn to a channel that u dont have u get the 'snowy' screen, you know what I mean? it's like it has a hint of 'snow' on the movie. would my video card be the reason? or my monitor?
