Default How to make the "perfect" PB&J sandwich... - 10-19-2004, 08:10 PM

Do any of you remember having to do a step-by-step list or essay about how to make the perfect peanut butter & jelly sandwich? I am doing one right now, because I failed English too much, so now I am taking three English classes, one of them being two hour long on only Thursdays. I am just bored, and thought I would share my essay, I want people to "critique" what I already have so far.

[quote:df6a0]Before I tell you how to make the “Perfect Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich”, I want to compare perfection to Henry Ford’s assembly line process, which revolutionized modern industry; to achieve perfection you must first experiment over and over again to gain a standard process, in this guide, it will be the standard process by which you will create a perfect peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Following this guide should get you the most satisfying results, but in order to get your favored result, you must follow this guide thoroughly. Perfection cannot be made if steps are not followed.
The first ingredients that you will need to make your peanut butter and jelly sandwich is refrigerated, cooled jelly; then, you will need peanut butter; and finally, bread; each ingredient being of any type that of which you prefer. Once you have all the ingredients, you will want a butter-knife, a paper-towel, and a paper plate.
Now that you have the things you need to create your PB&J sandwich, you must first organize your items -that way cleaning up will be much easier. Get your paper-towel and place it in the center of your cutting board or table. Next, open up the bread bag and place two slices juxtapose on the paper-towel. After having the slices of bread aligned, open up your jar of jelly and place the lid next to the jar, and open up your jar of peanut butter. After having done that, you can now take your knife, and begin to get jelly onto your knife. Along with several other Hebrew elephants…

I am obviously not finished.
