It doesn't get past the Apple image that comes up when it first boots and is making a strange squeeky noise. Sounds like the drive might not be spinning properly. So, I've had it for 13 months. Its probably out of warranty now, right? If so, can it be repaired? If not by Apple, then maybe by a 3rd party? Any recommendations or previous broken iPod experiences are appreciated. This sucks wallbash:
