[Chronic Diarrhea]

I read a question posted by somebody on a political forum and it got me thinking. To what extent is America at risk of a second civil war?

Personally, I think it's highly unlikely, but not impossible. America's structure of civility and governmental order is far more advanced than what it was from the time period of 1820-1861. We do not have civil unrest at this moment, but some of the current issues bring about the same level of emotion as slavery did back then. I think that if it were to happen, it would be the cause of an increase in governmental control over the will of the individual.
