Hello,
Can anyone tell me how exactly these people create mods, cross hairs, skins, maps, and etc on this website? Could you specify the type of programs they use to make these things for MOHAA? If you know, please let me know of what they use to make these type of files. Thanks!

I personally use pant shop pro 7, photoshop 7, pakscape, and a few other misc. programs. pakscape is a free zipping utility that can be found by searching google. psp7 and photoshop are expensive programs though, so either find a freind with them, or break open you piggy bank.
