any way to replace compass with stop watch? and how would i edit "detahs messages " like was shot by, so its red or partly transparent? and other lettering on hud? could someone give me a link to DL a mod that removes bullets on bottom right of the hud? if I were to remove bullets from hud, I just open alpha channel fill black save to alpha? or just fill black and save?

Just open the clip tga, view alpha, view mask, edit mask, erase, save as alpha 1, save as, close reopen and paint blk.... that is how I do it... with psp.
