Default UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME - 03-06-2003, 08:02 PM

(This is Captain Wilkins, btw)
I've been away for a while, but to cut a long story short, I uninstalled my Windows XP because it was fucking up, and now it won't let me reinstall, because of a "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" on a Blue Screen of death. I think the Hard Drive might be stuffed, but if anyone actually knows what this is, please reply.

and to those of you i promised skins to (Maple Syrup, off the top of my head), this is why i haven't made them yet oOo: , but i'm getting there

Yes, what he said. Either do 1 of 2 things:

1) Make a bootdisk for the CD-ROM

or

2) Change the boot order for your PC through BIOS so that the CD-ROM is 1st, HD 2nd, Floppy 3rd.
