Can you heal team mates in Single-Player?

Some questions, one topic

1) Can you heal team mates in Single-Player?
2) It says crtl prones AND ducks? How can I decide if I want to duck or if I want to prone?
3) One of my guys has the allied weapon [forgot the name] that looks somewhere like a sniper rifle [long, brownish], has about 7 or so bullets that can be used with a pause of about 2 seconds inbetween. How can I get that weapon?
4) I see the MP 40 everywhere, but I never get to use it. How to?

I think more importantly, can you be a medic in mp? In most games which have the medic as an option I'm always a medic, anyone know?

I know DOD is eventually going to have a medic class, and I know that RTCW has one, but I haven't heard anything about that happening in MOH. I could be wrong?

Well, it's kinda disheartening when the captain's limping and he is incapable of using the medical kit sitting right in front of him...

Yes you can get these weapons in the SP demo. Just download the weapon mod from the mods page. I forget what its called but im sure the description makes it obvious.
