You know how everyone a while back was making actual songs with the voice commands? Well, i was thinking.......is there a program where you can take sound files and disect them? We can make the guys actually talk.(probably sound weird, but it would be neat). We can make up new taunts, or just stupid sentences for laughes. I dunno, just an idea.

simple enough but other players would have to have the same sound mod to hear what you hear. but it could be done.

frooty loops will do it i think. it has a thing call beat slicer or something like that. you load up a .wav file or what ever and it will cut the file into a bunch of smaller files ...
