EA wouldn't lose money now for the game leaking out would they? Cause they get they're money from the stores that pay to get them so the stores would lose money.

I HATE EA more then many people for many many reasons...
But stealing is stealing is stealing... If you own a pirated copy of a game that isnt public domain you are no better then a shoplifter.

edit-Most stores ship back what they cant sell at a loss. Many stores have distribution agreements with major publishers where as it dont cost the store a dime if the product doesnt sell.
