I don't know HOW you "accidentally" deleted a Windows temp directory, but I won't ask... .dll files are easy to find online, but you do have to worry about virus's, so scan all the files you download. Your kernel32.dll file can be found
here, though I can't say what version of Windows it's for. Simply search for "kernel32.dll download" at
Google.com, you'll find many places.
Better yet, your easy fix is to reinstall Windows (don't reformat, just reinstall by using the Windows CD-ROM as a startup disk.) as previously suggested.
p.s. Saturation is totally correct: what's your kernel32.dll file doing in a temp directory???? I'm questioning this thread more & more..
