Payne in 25 days 3:49 AM (your time) - Billy "Wicked" Wilson - Games: Action - (71)
That's right baby, we all knew it was soon, just not how soon -- 25 days, sparky! Plus, a new movie, check out this press release we just received (this is a plump bastard of a PR, we'll trim it up later):

High-end video and computer game publisher GodGames, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ: TTWO), today announced that Max Payne, the highly anticipated story-driven action PC game featuring leading-edge photo-realistic 3D graphics, will hit store shelves in 25 days!. Developed by Remedy Entertainment and 3D Realms, this 3D third-person action title puts gamers in the shoes of Max Payne, a hard-boiled, fugitive undercover cop who has been framed for the murder of his boss. On the run from the Mob and the police, Max Payne is a man with nothing to lose. This exciting title has been stirring excitement within the gaming community since its first announcement and has garnered tremendous press attention, player buzz and industry accolades.

Scott Miller, CEO of 3D Realms, stated "Max Payne is one of those rare games that raises the bar for the entire industry. Photo-realistic graphics, bullet time gameplay, a story so ingrained that it cannot be separated from the action, a character worth caring about -- all these come together to make something we've never seen in action games before. Play Max Payne at your own risk, it's a dangerous game because it makes obsolete everything you've played before it."

Hmmm how can you even say that without having played the games yet ?? For one thing, their both totally different games, and their both totally different play styles. Passing judgement on something you havent seen yet is kinda st00pid.

Not really, the games are different enough so that if you like the idea behind one more, it appears better IYO (In Your Oppinion). An example would be if 2 new FPS were coming out, both with equally good graphics, plot, etc. But ONE deals with WW2, the other with NAM. I could say I liked the first one more because it deals with WW2.
