I found a really good alternative to the sniper rifle for the Axis, i only have done it at Omaha, so I don't know if there is the right cover in other places. What you do is take a STG44 or a KAR98 and crouch down behind the sandbags. With the STG44 what you would do is just jump up, and I can manage to get 3 to 5 people before I get sniped, more experienced players could probably get more. With the KAR, do the same thing, but pick them off one by one and the crouch and then pick off another. I hope this was helpful for anyone looking for an alternative to using a sniper rifle. |

Kar is a good weapon anywhere in place of the sniper rifle. It is much easierto use closeup, it realoads and fires faster, and you can move faster while carrying it. |

well basically omaha is a sniper map, since its hard to hit anything else without it. sand bag suggestion.. well if you just get one guy camping say behind the boats with a sniper, he will get you everytime. i would try using a KAR and guard the beach doors. that way when they open, they are screwed. also if you get good with a KAR try using it in the bunkers. |

omaha is prolly made up of %50 snipers. the best action is the corner to corner fighting in the stairways, or watching your buddy get blown up by a mortar/bangalore |

My Opinion is to have a really good time on omaha you need to have shotty and smg battles in the hallways. Having the axis snipe the allies into oblivion is pretty boring because then allied go sniper and no one even goes for the cannons. |
