Can anyone who speaks German please tell me what the SS trooper is saying to Fish during the struggle and when he kills him? You know the scene upstairs at the end when Upham hides on the stairs crying? I just watched it again last night for the first time in a while and I have always wondered...Thanks!

I seen a translation of that a while back. its something along the lines of "be quiet it wont hurt that much it'll be quick".

Seeing that scene in theatres was a horrible experience. Everybody in the audience was like "UGHHHHHHHHHHHH!" and it gave you the chills (well me at least). Anyways, I have no idea what he is saying in that scene. Also during that scene, I want to punch Uphom in the face for not doing anything.

Actually the stuff he says makes the scene so cruel.
Didn't know that they didn't dub it in the original english version.

It would be okay if he would curse him and stab him...but when you hear and understand the words...I get shivers thinking bout that movie again.

Oh, and Hi! Dasher

If you can sit through the scene where Jackson snipes the Nazi sniper (and the bullet goes through his eye) and not feel disturbed, then there's no reason why you should find the heart stabbing scene disturbing.

It wasn't graphic and the knife easily slid through the skin gracefully and beautifully, and everything was peaceful and sad.

To tell you the truth, nothing in this movie seemed that disturbing. Even the part where the guy fucks up with the sticky bomb and explodes into pieces. It made me go "aww" when he blew up, unlike other members of the audience who were going "bleh" heh.

If you've seen Schindler's List or SeVen then this movie tasted like nothing.

"Disturbing" is The Cell, when the FBI agent (Vince Vaughn) is sitting in the serial killer's toy box contraption with his appendix being slowly pulled out from his stomach, while the psychopath mocks him with "It's not real!" insults and laughter.

Yum.

Hello

Well... some of you maybe dont remeber the Omaha beach opening scene where a GI stand lying on the beach with all his organs out of his chest screaming mama mama ahhhhhhh!!!!!

that was really gross, and if you were affected by the scene where Mellish died at the hands of that german troop, you´re a wuss..

And regarding to the topic here, certainly, the german say to Mellish that it wont hurt and that will end soon... be calm.

I would really want to know what german troops say ingame on MOHAA and all the rest MOH versions, or maybe where to find a place where german transcriptions are written to transtalte them.

C'mon! How on earth can you compare a piece of fantasy like the serial killer thing with the non-fiction of SPR?....you can't.

The stuff of hitting the beach fucked me right up.....I went to Lebanon in 1982....and saw some nasty shit like that.....and I didn't need reminding! It's realistic enough...I can tell you!

I'm glad to hear some of you can't watch certain scenes....it means you haven't lost your feelings to computer games and television...that's good!

Cheers, truppe.

How do you expect someone with a bullet (or a shrapnell, i can't remember) in his throat to do anything but dying?
Or do i remember the scene wrong?
