If you can sit through the scene where Jackson snipes the Nazi sniper (and the bullet goes through his eye) and not feel disturbed, then there's no reason why you should find the heart stabbing scene disturbing.
It wasn't graphic and the knife easily slid through the skin gracefully and beautifully, and everything was peaceful and sad.
To tell you the truth, nothing in this movie seemed that disturbing. Even the part where the guy fucks up with the sticky bomb and explodes into pieces. It made me go "aww" when he blew up, unlike other members of the audience who were going "bleh" heh.
If you've seen Schindler's List or SeVen then this movie tasted like nothing.
"Disturbing" is The Cell, when the FBI agent (Vince Vaughn) is sitting in the serial killer's toy box contraption with his appendix being slowly pulled out from his stomach, while the psychopath mocks him with "It's not real!" insults and laughter.
Yum.
