I think you hide in the small room in the corner, behind a bed (squatting of course). When Bazooka-Med fires at you, he hits the matress and dies.

If you complete the sniper town level in Difficult with all your people alive. The level appears to start again stating you better hide because the medic character with a bazooka will give you 30 seconds to hide before he tracks you down and kills you. Then you watch him literally follow your trail. The above posts indicate hiding behind the bed will keep you alive. Their have been several posts about this elsewhere...
