"Sure, we want to go home. We want this war over with. The quickest way to get it over with is to go get the bastards who started it. The quicker they are whipped, the quicker we can go home. The shortest way home is through Berlin and Tokyo. And when we get to Berlin, I am personally going to shoot that paper hanging son-of-a-bitch Hitler. Just like I'd shoot a snake!"

It sounds nice, but what a price, and then you’re just looking at a screen.

Where is virtual reality? Think about it. All you have to do is to put some glasses on your nose and there you are in the center of the game, totally surrounded by the MOH world.

A kind of a technical device will read your head movements in the same manner as a wireless mouse and keyboard. Then it would be possible to face one direction and turn your head another. That would be awesome.

Have you ever seen a 3D hologram where, when you got right up on it, it looked like there were vertical slits all up and down the image? This is going to be very similar. I don't know how big their "sweet spot" is, or how many they have, but if you veer your head too far from those spots it'll look pretty bad.

i've seen a lot of so called "solutions" to VR, especially when i was doing R&D for a military subcontractor at my last job. i would have to see it to believe it, so to speak.
