Dudes gotta be fucked up in the head....Where's the real motive for killing her? He claims he didn't want to be weighted down and wanted to remain a bachelor. Why didn't he just up and leave then....? He must have had no love for the woman and child at all to be able to murder them.

the whole case was based on circumstancial evidence, but he lied his ass off the whole time. His alibi was complete bullshit and his behavior was totally inconsistent with a grieving husband. i dont really consider him to be a dangerous person, just a prime example of how anyone, giving the circumstances, is capable of killing another person. he cheated and kept a serious relationship with another woman. when his wife became pregnant, the thoughts of going through a divorce and custody battle were prolly too much for him. plus his gf didnt know about his wife. im a firm believer and supporter of the death penalty to punish extremely disgusting people, but i dont know about this guy. he prolly wishes he was dead about now anyways.
