Default I Have A Server Question--anyone help me out? - 08-15-2002, 06:03 PM

Hey AA.Com'ers

I have a question about running a server. A friend of mine in my squad is wondering if its possible to minimize Mohaa so that you can still access the computer while the server is running? Is this possible? Its a business Dsl connection 2.5megs. He is also wondering if it will slow down his clients emailing and file transfer bandwith considerably....(i imagine it would hehe) Anyway, i dont know much about servers, hopefully one the aa.com members who is familiar with them can help me out. Thanks

Just run MOH as a dedicated server. Then you can minimize the small console window.

I would not do anything CPU intense like a massive spread sheet while people are playing, you can do basic tasks.

Hope this helps.
