sound pretty random, but if someone came into my house uninvited and refused to leave, am I allowed to shoot them?... cuz i don't want to get beat up if someone did enter my house.

No you call the cops and have them hauled off for trespassing. Now if when you reach for the phone they move "agressivly", by all means shoot them. Just make sure the bullets go in the front, and that he doesnt survive to tell "his side of the story", because it will be something like "i was going to give him a hug" or some BS. It helps if he has a weapon or is larger than you.

ok, let me say that from the pictures, that hardly looks like an ass whoopin'. I do realize the lip part sux, especially since you'll have a hard time eating anything hot for awhile. From the looks of it, i'd say you got off pretty good for 8 guys fucking with you. +1 for holding your own.

As for weaponry, i'd advise against having anything illegal. Arkan is always armed, weather it be a knife, or firearm. I got into a lil' altercation in the Home Depot parking lot last month and i was armed. The weapon never came out (no need to in this case) I just wrapped the fucker up and it was over before it began. So, just because you may have a weapon, it doesn't mean you should use it. Learn how to defend yourself with your hands and remember one thing, you pull out a weapon, you had better use it!!

It was over a parking spot. It had nothing to do with me, two other people were fighting and i just happened to walk in the middle of it. One came out of the car holding a padlock and went to go after one of the guys with it. I wrapped that fucker up and it was over at that point. No muss, no fuss.

Shitty what happened to you dude...Ive never really gotten shit from people for anything ive done, I guess they all know the consequences in the end.

My friend Josh got beat up yesterday...along with the guy who used to live with buckweed, chris phillips...from a couple of well...I only know one of the people who did it...and he is more of my other friends friend than my friend, but he is an aquintance...I have no idea why anything happened...but I can understand why someone would take phillips since he talks more shit than even I do...I think most of it has to do with Matt than josh or chris though.

People don't grow up I guess.
