On ANothern ote, I find muscle memory to be a pretty amazing thing. I have gotten back a good chunk of my old bulk back in the past 8 days or so. (30 % back to where I was). It feels liberating to finnally get back in the gym.
Yeah, I know that, I know guys at my gym who do standing alternating curls with 115 lb dumbbells, my point is that guy has MASSIVE arms but he concentrates on getting a pump by slowly contracting his muscle, which makes it harder to lift the weight, so he doesn't lift as much. He can squat 840 lbs so I would assume the man can probably curl 160 lbs if he wanted to.
