Prime Minister Paul Martin addresses the UN at the 2005 World Summit in New York, and says UN needs reform.

Martin doesn't really have a backbone, IMO. He'll fold to pretty much any request. And he'll stay on the fence on a major issue as long as he can. He's another lame duck looking to appease the US, which I don't really blame him for, and trying to appease all Canadians, while he has a minority government. I guess thats why he does that, since he can't make any major moves, but it would be nice if he had some solid policies. It would be nice to someone stand up for the country's best interests.
