2006 Ford Fusion -

Thoughts on the car? I think I might get one. They are pretty nice looking and would be pretty cool with the V6. The car itself is based on the Mazda6 platform. Only cons from the reviews are: heavy low-speed steering, firm ride, can't see directly behind when backing up. The pros: European flair, roomy, solidly built. Another problem mentioned is heavy steering at low speeds. What exactly does that mean? I could only guess it just takes a little more muscle to turn. Anyway, all of it sounds good, I like that it has a lot of room to it. Once I get a job I think I can easily work something out with my dad to get me V6 SEL trim with everything at top quality and so on. So any thoughts about the car, would you get one?

No. Get a mazda 6 instead. Why by something based on the platform but not taking full advantage of it? Mazda's are nice cars. If you are going ot get something new, get something that wont fall apart and has a long life expectancy, not a ford.
