Every person I ever met in a wheel chair has one, so why would they get one at a mall? Sounds bogus to me, but its not the USA so who knows.

They probably knew chairs were available at that place and thought they would save the hassle of packing them, their car would have been full because - this story gets worse - the woman with the two men who couldn't walk, their sister, was also in charge of her own son and daughter..both adult and both mentally disabled.

..so I guess she thought she'd show them all a bit of a day out at a place that would have the facilities they needed to make it easy for them. annoy:
