We all go through rough times man, no shame in getting some help from people who know what their talking about. I've had a friend who went down a more or less troubled path in pretty much the span of less than a year, and their no longer here anymore. Don't want that to happen to you trip. I was out with this girl last weekend. We watched movies at her dorm room, and the alcohol flowed. We got along good, something just seemed to click. Tripe-- sounds like it could be some kind of bi-polar thing if youre experiencing powerful ups and downs. Could just be a chemical imbalance in your brain (as is often the case), which can be helped by eating right and excersizing, and more importantly, keeping yourself occupied and with friends. Develop a mantra of sorts to tell yourself everything is fine if you feel like you're drowning, and realize that its all about perspective. If you have a positive attitude that you will beat the BS thats making you feel bad, you can do it for real.
