When snipers are on the prowl for a target, NO-ONE KNOWS HE IS THERE. Thats the reason they are so effective. They use that ultimate suprise so they can be effective at evading patrols, search parties and even sniffer dogs so they can take out their intended target.
Yeah, they might have guns, but when a sniper shoots he is over a mile away from his target in relative safety, he then moves quickly but carefully back to an extraction site never to be seen again. So you see, these assault rifles you mentioned are but a minor problem, much like a fly buzzing around your head. He is there, but not doing any damage and INCAPABLE of doing any damage.
This bastard, no matter which way you look at it is your typical sniper. There is no difference here, and he is DAMN effective (as terrible as it is) at shooting then evading. Especially in an urban area such as where the shootings are taking place with high population. He is effective and deadly, just like a military sniper.
It's terrible about the boy, truly is.
Seems like he is losing his touch (thank God). Hopefully he will be found soon. When people start targeting children.......that crosses the line. mad:
