Default Driver Question... - 11-18-2002, 04:37 PM

***Where can I find a driver for a Macintosh Computer, that enables me to use the Thrustmaster Firestorm Dual Analog 2 Controler?***

My joystick will not work because Thrustmaster does not make a driver for the joystick. The reason behind this is that Microsoft includes them into their OS, but I am running a Mac OSX Jaguar, and the drivers are not there.

I am not running a Microsoft, and thie Thrustmaster website seems to be dedicated to only Microsoft stuff. Go here to understand what I am saying :::

http://us.thrustmaster.com/support/link ... 31&c=0&p=7

This controler has got to work.

Please help

Where can I find a driver for a Macintosh Computer, that enables me to use the Thrustmaster Frestorm Dual Analog 2 Controler?

Ahem.

A Windows ONLY device is NOT compatible with a MAC.

I forgot to add that on the Box it says: For use with PC, Mac, & iMac....

I am looking for the driver...or at least a website that someone knows about that will help me out.

Also I have downloaded this at Mac.com, and support is coming soon for joysticks. But I know there is a driver out there now if they sell it for Mac use.

http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/d ... drive.html

Thanks

I was not asking whether or not it is better to use a gamepad. I am going to use the product I bought, regardless. I am just wondering if there is a website on the vast www that could be located to find a driver for this gamepad. Someone knows.

Thanks

What OS are you using?

If it's a USB device, chances are you just need to plug the damn thing in for it to work (as for as a PC is concerned.)

If its a MAC, well we all know macs are the shitters, shit-chunks (since they can only get fags to star in their advertising commercials) so youre better off stepping into ourr Windows-World.
