Default Putting Custom Skins in pk3 format - 12-03-2002, 08:39 PM

Can anyone help me put my custom skin in to pk3 format so that it will work in MOH:AA or MOH:AA Spearhead?

Sure.

Put the following files in the following folder structure:

Skin_Name.tik --Goes in--> player --Goes in--> models
Skin_Name_fps.tik --Goes in--> player --Goes in--> models
Skin_Name.shader --Goes in--> scripts
All graphic files --Goes in--> skinname --Goes in--> textures

Then select the three folders at once (should be models, scripts, textures), right click one, highlight Winzip, Add the Zip. Then change the file path to wherever you want to put the pk3, and add .pk3 to the end.

For example, if you wanted to put the pk3 on the desktop and your skin was named Trial, the filename and path should look like this:

C:\Windows\Desktop\user-Trial.pk3

Then hit OK, and your file is ready. Then put it in your mohaa/main folder to use it yourself, or add a readme, screenshots and whatever, make a zip file out of that, and email the zip to this site.
