Can others see your skins?

Just wondering if when you apply a skin are you the only one who can it'or can all players??

it's only if the others have that skin can they see it. If they don't then they can't see it.

If the server has the skin and if someone else on the server has the skin then they can see you.

i always thought it was just client hosted skins.

if someone else has the same skin as you then they will be able to see it.
but if not then no.

what do u appear as? and is there anyway to have a skin uploaded, but if ur using a normal skin be able to c the skins that others have (default ones) rather than only everyone appearing in the skin U selected

skin must be on the server as well as both parties having it for it to be visible

If someone doesnt have the skin your using, they will see the original skin. Every skin that is made is a modication to an original skin.
