Is there a console command to ****NOT**** allow machine guns and rockets???

Dam quake kiddies are ruing the game....

That would be a good idea wouldnt it. The Bazooka's/Panzershrecks and the shotgun need to be restricted to only a few players each server or completely toned down, they are far to powerful and people ruin the game by using these weapons in excess.

I hate Shotgun Whores! Rockets don't bother me because they are easy targets. The Shotgun Whores are always on the move and can kill you with one shot. Plus they don't have the 10 min reload a rocket needs.

The thing that gets me off the most is when rocketeers - as I like to call them - goes cqb with me. Maybe it's just a reflex or something, but why the hell do they fire a rocket that'll blow the shit out of them when it impacts with me? It's even worse when a 32/32 server goes all rockets. That's not even fun.

YES to class restriction. What kind of army has 6 bazookamen in a squad? I have got a pretty good solution as for the close quarters battle stuff. Make the rocket arm itself after 10 meters or whatever range is required to be out of the blast zone. That way you dont go splashing your guts all over the wall or kamikazecharging with a bazooka/panzerschreck. I don't think they had those kind of people in ww2.

OK, 1 or 2 is alright and as long as they just support the rest of the team, but I h8 it when they go close by then kill you and themselves still having about 3 or 4 health taken your med kit and walkin off with 55 health again.

They should really restrict it :
