ok after getting JASC ANIMATION SHOP 3

make your sig in photoshop, after you're done, open it up in Jasc

go up to EFFECTS, then go to INSERT IMAGE EFFECT
this is what you'll see

then set the frames and time to you satisfaction
and this is what you'll get . I jsut did it quick time, thats why its not as detailed, but this gives you an Idea

there are alot more effect you can do to, so just experiment

I think mine are cool but not the best. But still their realy good sigs so im not making a big deal about it.
