blood not staying????

i recently came back from a trip, and when i log into the game, when i shoot someone, the blood will shoot from the victom, but wont stay on the ground like it used to. any ideas or solutions?

You have to re download the blood mod, and start the game off by going to the shooting range, for some reason that works for me. cool:

no no no u go to video options and turn on the wall effects thingy and it stays for a longer period instead of immediately disappearing

in addition to this, i have found that some of my settings are not staying in tack as i leave and re-enter the game. static decals will become unchecked, view model has no option selected, and 2 more, i cant remember right this very second. any solutions for that, as i am thinking that is causing the blood mod problem as well. i am, and have been using the mr jingles blood mod.

you might have to open your config file and edit them by hand for them to stay default. I had to do this for Volumetric Smoke & Force Models.

I can't find it right now. I think the file is stored in pak6.pk3. Maybe someone else here knows.
