G W Bush is invited to a school to discuss words with the children. The teacher asks the children to define what a tragedy is, and then Bush would give them an answer.

First little boy stands up and says "If my friend was crossing the road, and he was hit by a car and killed then that would be a tragedy"

Bush replies "No son, that would be an accident"

A little girl stands up and says "If a school bus with 20 children in it went over a cliff and everyone died, that would be a tragedy"

Bush replies "No that would be a great loss"

The girl sits down and there is an awkward silence in the class until a boy at the back stands up and says "If air force one was hit by a missile and you were in it and was blown to peices, then that would be a tragedy"

Bush replies "Yes! thats correct, it would be a tragedy if that happened. Now how did you work that one out?"

The little boy replies, "well i figured it wouldnt be no accident, and it certainly wouldnt be a great loss"
