I'm having exactally the same problem with the grey screen. I have Athlon 1.4, 256Mb DDR RAM, GeForce 2 Ultra. I've installed it on my other comp and it works but very jumpy and that only has a TNT 2. Very annoying.

tried the fix for it?

rename ffx86.dll to ffx86.bak

Not sure if it works though :

Good luck!

Try some of these:
1. Turn off any firewall or virus programs.

2. If youre running the very latest v/card drivers--back down the list and try some different drivers.

Good luck

I would suggest making sure your 3d card settings are at default. turn off any "extra" features or anything like that.

Well, nothing works. I hope that the final game doesnt do this. I'm still planning on buying it, but if it is like this, forget it. I wont wait for a patch. Should i post my dxdiag on the Devs forum, or send it to 2015 perhaps?

I have the same problem with the SP demo, and yet the MP demo runs fine for me. Weird, eh?
