You upload your picture on a website like
http://www.dodstudios.net/uploads/upload.php

When you post put this:
[img]http://www(your%20adress%20of%20your%20picture)[/img]
Note: Dont put space between the adress.

You need to open the picture and convert it from a .TGA to a .BMP, .GIF, or a .JPG. Then upload it to the site Das gave you.
