I got Hitman 2 and Splinter Cell and thats two games that look the same. But i must say that I love more Hitman cause in Splinter, I am already block at the first mission. And in Hitman you can kill lot of peep sometime and can still got the mission and in Splinter you can't take your small pistol and begin too shoot them all you will lost your mission.
Hope it helped you out..

We can see that. Nice try though. Splinter Cell and Hitman 2 are both completely different games. SC is pretty much a realistic game. I mean, you cant really think that an unsanctioned operative of the NSA can just waltz on in too some foreign country and start dropping people at his discretion ?? Or kill people in the CIA headquaters only doing their job ?? Most the people you come across in the game arent able to be killed because they arent viable targets, and you dont have the license to kill whoever you want. Only in certain areas of that game are you ever able to fully let loose with your weapons, to either protect yourself or fulfill a mission objective.
Hitman 2 is pure bullshit at it's best. Good fun though. That game is basically a kill everything you see and the consequences dont matter kind of game. It's a no brainer, unless your really trying to complete the game as an assassin, and not just some crazy triggerhappy psycho.
Both good games, but both very different.
Splinter Cell = Thinking mans shooter.
Hitman 2 = Kill whatever you want without repercussions.

I've only played the Splintercell demo, so I'd say Hitman 2.

I have both games and I say Splintercell. Sam Fisher is the best spy ever. And he can do all kinds of stuff that agent 47 can't. So I easily put my money on SC.

You speak it better than some morons around here...
I have only played the Splinter Cell demo (both of 'em) and I love it. If you like Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2, get this, because it is better than both of those games combined.

I'd say Hitman 2. The missions have several different ways to complete them. For instance, in one, you can either set off a fire alarm, steal a fireman's suit, and go downstairs, or dress like a pizza guy, and there's another one on that level I can't think of. I love Hitman 2. Great graphics, runs great, and the physics own. SC is pretty cool, but it is quite tough to someone like me who gets tired of sneaking around every corner, wash, rinse, repeat.

My Splinter Cell is still in the shrinkwrapping so. . .but, Hitman 2 wis awesome. Just the immersiveness of the story line is great. If you really want to get the most out of the game, don't go Rambo, use finesse, stealth, intelligence.
