Does anybody know if Leon (guys who makes some of the best weapon skins) has a website or where you can find a majority of his weapon skins?

AlliedAssault.com has a few, but i found a listing of a bunch more that he has but can seem to find any of them.

anyways, no he doesnt have a site that I know of, but...his files are scattered across many sites, from this 1 to mohfiles.com, and even the modtheater has some I think. Just check em all.
