edit mohaa.exe and .dll files

can someone tell me what program i would use to open up and maybe edit mohaa.exe, cgamex86.dll, or any other .dll for that matter? thanks.
and if you want to know why.... it's just cause i got boared with the normal pak files and modding weapons, maps ect, i wanna see what's in those files

It won't do you any good unless you know what to change or know hexidecimal.

The only reason I could think of of why you would want to do this is to give yourself an advantage if you know what I mean.

thanks for the reply's guys! i looked at it and it was all foreign to me! what gave me the idea was i downloaded something called eagle eye 2.0 and it included a copy cgamex86.dll and i just got to wondering how they edited that and thought i'd like to see what's in it, thanks again, but i don't think i could do anything with it.

Eagle Eye 2.0 is a cheat made by IssisX. I knew this had something to do with a cheat. Please don't post that crap anymore. Thanks.

i was being honest, eagle eye allows me to test my mods, i use the 3rd person view when i change my player size or test skins to see how they work, i assure you thatif and when i play any public servers i never use eagle eye because realisticaly there is no advantage to it. i'm not a cheater, so why can't i post things like that

Because it relates to cheating. You don't need EagleEye to get 3rd person view. You only make yourself more suspicious as you post.

come on, i've had the game for 3 1/2 months now, i started modding a month or a little more ago..... i'm still learning everything, why do you suspect anything i say relates to being dishonest, i know that cg_3rd person something-er-other will give you 3rd person view, but i had no luck doing that in MP when testing my mods out, why cant you just believe someone who says there not cheating and leave it at that, i have no idea about hex editing and was just curious to see what was in the files i mentioned, you must really suspect everyone out there of being dis-honest if you keep pushing the point on me so much. i'm not dis honest nor have i done anyting to warrent this from you so please don't tell me i'm making myself suspicious. i do understand that you must think "well he has that one cheat so he must have more" but that's not the case, i had a friend who i would always have to be in my map and tell me weither or not the mods worked and that got old quick, so he sent my EE, so i installed that and use it for modding now. you are pretty rude.
