Yeah, "Yoshi's Boxx" has been around for a while. Cool stuff, as is most of the stuff he does.
Speaking of fellating PCs, the Photoshop Phriday at SomethingAwful had something similar a few weeks ago.

My friend makes those and he charges $2225 (Shipping included) i been saving my penny's.....
