I can't get any skins to work. I finally downloaded one which changed the way the scope on my KAR 98 looked, but it didn't do anything for the rest of the gun. Any idea why this is?

Try turning off texture compression, it can be found in the options menu under "VIDEO." If that doesn't work, come back again, I'm sure somebody else could help you.

Also make sure you dont have several KAR mods in main at the same time.
