Dumb question. All these mods and skins that people are making. If I am using them and can see the different weapon skins or uniform skins, do others I am playing against see them as well or do they just see the normal versions.

They will not see what mods you have like skins, they only work for each client. Unless its a server mod like the weapon mods then everyone is using it.

When i started a server people came in whit some mods i dint have..
I think they are copied to temperory internet files.

other players need to have the same exact mod that you have installed in order for them to see the skin.

you can select "force models" options when you start up to make a server. that basically makes all players with the same skin, I think.
