Indians had bows and arrows, cave men had what? clubs and stones? Myabe a spear or 2, indians with arrows would pick em of from range with ease.

Like Gerard said, the weaponry is much superior with the Native Americans than the cavemen. Now if we equipped the Natives with spears, took away their horses, and equipped cavemen with spears, it would be different. When I hear "caveman" I think of Cro-Magnum man, and those things were strong, fast, and very agile. I think the caveman would win in that situation.

The Europians brought Horses to North Amercia, Are we talking about that Natives being involved with the Europians? or is this before they arrived? Because the Natives traded fur for Muskets. So, it all depends on the time line.
