which detonator drivers work best for MOH. I currently have 23.11. should I switch back to an older version to make it run smoother?

I would say no, if the 23.11 drivers are working well on your system I wouldn't change back.

I had the 23.11 drivers and they sped MOH up quite a bit but I had stability options (blue screens of death), so I rolled back to the 2.1.8.3 drivers.

23.11 are the best if they work on your system fine leave them.
