I used to exec a config file that had a few rcon commands and say binds. I've since lost that .cfg file. It also had a command that would load a meter at the bottom of the game screen that would show how your connection was. it was like ui_lagmeter of something close. I can't remember it! I've looked through all the guides, searched the forum-nothing.

The lagometer command is:

cg_lagometer

I think you put a 1 or a 0 there to turn it on and off, but I can't remember which one is which.

Hope that's what your looking for.
