As far as a COPYRIGHT number well the only way you can find out its copywirten is to see the ones documented proof or go to court but its not like you can just look it up on the internet to see if its copywritten

From what ive read on the dod forums the luger guarnere released was originally made for dod. This was long coming anyway, how long was innoxx talking about something like this happenning? In the movv irc channel ive said numerous times that the conversion of dod models would end up in some sorta shit storm and it has.

In anycase, copywrite laws and intellectual copywrite laws do not pretain to things that are sold. For instance, go ask ID Soft if you can convert their player models to MOH:AA, they will tell you no. As said, if someone had asked then I would have just said yes.

Hobbs, what are you on? Day of Defeat(http://www.dayofdefeat.net) was good enough to be bought out by a game developer who sold millions of copies of a game that has a larger fanbase than MOHAA, MOHAAS, BF1942, RTCW, and UT2k3 combined.

Cobra, look at the first post. Click the link, scroll down until you see the M1 Carbine authed by Nomad, Poly, and P_Willy. It's theirs, not yours. We don't care if you're jealous and want to use it, but at least give the modelers the credit they deserve. Especially since Nomad, Poly, and all the others you ripped off are among the best modelers in the community. I'll go postal and stalk you if I find out you've ripped a Glimsharp.

Speechless oOo: you people are mad. Let's jus use any resource at our disposal to make the game funner for us. In a few years.. moh:aa won't even be around anymore lol or maybe it will.. I prolly won't be playing it .. but when that happens .. none of this shit will matter. Give credit where it you should, the authors don't like it they can do their worst. I knew the luger model was made for Dod when I downloaded 2-3 months ago .. I knew Guarnere didn't make it. If you're afraid your talent is going to waste don't be .. even if the guns are converted.. it's your art people are enjoying so don't get so uptight about it. Even if you don't get credit enjoy the fact that these people are going crazy over yur models.. specially the luger. I'm taking to both the DOd and Cs community here. biggrin:
