Ok I know that I need to upgrade my comp. but I'm running short on cash. I have:
-IBM Aptiva E Series 500, that I bought in 1998
-Running on an AMD K6-2 at 400 mhz with 3D Now! technology
-Video Card - ATI 3D Rage Pro AGP 2X
-Have 256 ram
-Two Maxtor hard drives, one 7 gb and the other 15 gb
-Brand new Samsung flat screen moniter with TV capiblities
-Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer
-Running on Windows XP Home edition
-Legacy audio drivers
-Cable modem (ics)

Now what I need to know is what should I buy or should I just save up to buy a new comp. I would prefer to upgrade but what should I buy first?

Your video card should be the first thing. Something with at least 64mb.
