Yes there is but you would have to enter the proper command, in the command line for the shortcut, for dev mode, and that would be cheating and you dont want to do that.
You have to work your way up there like a real man.

when i get a chance i'll post my demo. i know the first time i played it, i made it up the beach in a few minutes(of course it can be done much faster), and a few more to get into the bunker....
