I have tested the functionality of Rcon and it appears to be working correctly. I was not able to get the private clients to work. I may not have the right settings though. As far as banning, haven't tried that yet either. If anyone has been successful at using the private clients and/or ip banning, please let us know.

i tried with your command line and mine seems to work now
however when u add the server in gayspy u have to use the port 12300

i tried adding your server into gayspy with those 2 ports, as those are the ones opened by default, getting no response
